you will have to signup with them and in the signup process you will be asked about your website where you are generating traffic, they will examine your website and approve/reject your application according to the calibre and traffic level of your website

but if you dont have a website/landing page than tell them that “i will be redirecting traffic through google content network so my website is not that applicable”

they might call you to ask more question, tell them you are learning affiliate marketing and very interested to promoting their network products

you should also go to forums and create a network with other affiliates, ask them questions etc…

i used to be a memeber of ppc-coach.com but they charge $ 50 monthly fee
